Since the first day I started looking for a car, I wanted a BMW or Mercedes. My parents suggested a Toyota because they are very dependable, and prices are reasonably fair. I visited my local dealership which was Toyota and Scion of Wallingford. I had purchased a Jetta that had multiple problems. Toyota's service was excellent! They always had a loaner ready, and always gave me the best prices. My Jetta was being repaired at Langan Volkswagen up the street for two months. Volkwagen had sold me a misleading extra insurance that did not want to pay for any of the damages on my Volkswagen. Toyota of Wallingford was so kind to pay for all of these fee's that Volkswagen did not want to cover. I ended up trading in my Volkswagen after four months and have purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry LE. It may have been the best thing I did. Steve Zion and Vale Santos were the most helpful Managers a customer could have asked for. They have searched high and low for this camry to fit me. They have spent long hours calling Volkswagen while my car was at Langen Volkswagen. Although the Volkswagen I purchased was a lemon, Toyota made my experience excellent due to their customer Service. The Service department was also very kind for everything I came in for. If I ever have to buy another car, it would be at the Toyota of Wallingford. Sometimes good prices can win the customer over. But Toyota of Wallingford has EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXTREMELY FAIR prices! Vale Santos tries his hardest to satisfy each and every customer. Vale and Steve have both extremely showed me their concern and dedication to their job. They went above and beyond and it has left a wonderful memory in the back of my mind. I truly recommend The Toyota of Wallingford to anyone who wants a well built, dependable car with excellent customer service thanks to all of the wonderful employees!!! More

my wife and i were in need of a new car back in september. we purchased a 2010 corolla from frank and were pleased with his patronage and service towards us. he told us to relax cause he was goin september. we purchased a 2010 corolla from frank and were pleased with his patronage and service towards us. he told us to relax cause he was going to put my wife in something she would like. and she did. we liked the way he treated us and approached us when we drove in. we went to two other places and no one even bothered to come out of the dealership.(subaru and jeep) last week problems started coming along with our truck and went to frank again. needless to say he put a smile on our faces twice this year!!! he put us in a 2011 tacoma and it is superb. thanks frank for all your help!!! you are the man!!! Other VNA nurses had said it was a great car for winter driving to patients' homes. When he asked what color I wanted, I was afraid to pick a color , but He picked out the best blue color for me. Perhaps, he realized that my trade in car was blue. My Rav 4, has all the needed features without extra's that I don't need. My husband and i bought out the lease on our 2006 4-runner and bought a new 2011 4-runner because we both really enjoy the 4-runner, but we went back to toyota of wallingford because of the service t 4-runner and bought a new 2011 4-runner because we both really enjoy the 4-runner, but we went back to toyota of wallingford because of the service they have provided to us over the past 5 years. Frank was the salesman whom we worked with and he was very patient/helpful in helping us figure out how we could buy out a lease and buy a new car with a set amount of money. We did not want to lease again and frank checked with the finance dept to find out how much the buyout on our lease was and that helped us decide how much to put down on our new car. Frank spent several hours working with my husband and myself until we were satisfied with the cost of both cars, at all times Frank was friendly/patient/honest with us. John was also quite helpful in going over our finances and helping us understand the paperwork especially with the lease we bought out. Toyota of Wallingford was the first Toyota dealership that my wife and I visited in our search for a new Toyota. We found the sales people busy with customers, necessitating us to wait awhile to meet wi that my wife and I visited in our search for a new Toyota. We found the sales people busy with customers, necessitating us to wait awhile to meet with a salesperson, which we did not mind. As soon as he had finished attending to the customer(s) that preceded us, we were greeted by a friendly salesperson, Nick Culver. I explained to Nick that we were just beginning our quest and wanted to gather as much information as possible. We found Nick very accomodating in every way. He was an excellent listener! He wanted to learn what we were looking for in a vechicle, what our needs, taste and budget were. He did not have a personal agenda that he was trying to execute. He understood that we would be totally turned-off and driven away by the typical "pushy salesmanship." Nick answered all our questions. If there was anything he couldn't answer, he immediately found the answer. Nick provided us with all the brochures for the models we were considering. My wife, who nwould be the driver of the new vechicle, was offered the opportunity to test drive on e or more of the vechicles. Nick was there to try to find the car that met asll of our needs. Nick gave us some price quotes for the models we were considering. I promised Nick that we would return after pricing a few other dealerships and give him an opportunity to beat our best offer. This promise was made because we found Nick to be very honest,sincere and very professional. Nick and I kept in communication all through the shopping. Yet, i never felt pressured or being high-pressured by Nick. In the end, we found Nick's deal from Toyota from Toyota of Wallingford to be our best deal. We happily purchased a new 2010 Yarus. I would highly recommend Nick Culver of Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Toyota. More
