We had an issue with a lease ending on our family sized subaru, subaru wasn't willing to help us at all with keeping the vehicle, we came to Toyota in Wallingford to meet with Eli (he has sold a car to alm subaru, subaru wasn't willing to help us at all with keeping the vehicle, we came to Toyota in Wallingford to meet with Eli (he has sold a car to almost everyone in my family over the last 6 years or more). Eli took care of everything with the help of Steve! These guys were amazing with entire process for my wife's new car. We have 4 kids and its hard to find something other than a mini van to fit the entire family and they set us up with a Grand Highlander, brand new! It fits the entire family and has a slight larger trunk space compared to the subaru accent we had for the last 3 years. I would say if you're looking for a new vehicle definitely come to Toyota in Wallingford and meet with Eli and Steve, they will help you 100% of the way through such a difficult and sometimes frustrating process. Great dealer! My brother has used this dealer for his last couple of cars. I live about an hour away. I knew what car I wanted, checked their online inventory, spoke to Angela to confirm availability, confirmed final price and logistics with CJ, and picked up the car with a helpful walk-thru from Preston. Everyone was great from start to finish! (And I saved a lot of money by taking the 1 hour drive!) More
