I just had some extensive work done on my 2015 Tacoma at Toyota of Wallingford and having Joanna Rivera as my service advisor. I have request Joanna as my service advisor for the past 3 or 4 years because o Toyota of Wallingford and having Joanna Rivera as my service advisor. I have request Joanna as my service advisor for the past 3 or 4 years because of her professionalism, expert knowledge and that she always goes the extra couple of miles that makes the visit to the dealer as pleasant as possible and always a great outcome for me the customer. For instance, she looks for any applicable coupon deals that can be applied to the service and keeps in appropriate communication with me on the progress. I also return to this dealer because of the service I have received over the past years at very competitive costs, genuine Toyota parts, and the guarantee on the work on the vehicle.
