Service area is new and efficient. The communication was good. It took 5 days for parts (2 sensors) to be ordered & arrive so had to leave my car for a week. I had an emergency because my mom's portable oxygen concentrator's charging cable was stuck in my 12 volt power socket! Toyota of Wallingford squeezed me in and took care of it. The mechanic (listed as concentrator's charging cable was stuck in my 12 volt power socket! Toyota of Wallingford squeezed me in and took care of it. The mechanic (listed as Jon Petrillo) took extreme care to avoid breaking the charger as well as the power socket. I'm so grateful. I also love my service advisor Megan who replaced my service advisor Bob (since 1985!!) who retired a year or so ago. Both employees are an asset to the company and should commended for their excellent service. Freddy gave me a ride home and was very friendly as well as a good driver. More
