Fixed another Toyota Dealers problem I had to go to Wallingford Toyota because my local Toyota deal in upstate New York forgot to tighten a few bolts on my van after we drove down from Ne I had to go to Wallingford Toyota because my local Toyota deal in upstate New York forgot to tighten a few bolts on my van after we drove down from New York. I noticed I had a problem called them and they wanted me to bring it in ASAP. After working with Shawna McGorty she reassured me that they would take care of everything to make my van safe for my family. Shawna tried to get ahold of my dealer in New York but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. So she again told me they would take care of everything. She made arrangements for their service manager to drop us off for lunch also a great person. We had lunch and they sent a tech over to get us. When we returned Shawna gave us the keys and informed me that the van is good to. She handed me the bill and said there was NO CHARGE and to have a great holiday. Wow what a great dealer I hope to do business with them in the future. Did I mention this was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and there was a 2 hour wait but they got me right in. Super service We had a screw in our tire- modern tire said it was unfixable. We made an appointment at Toyota for 2 new tires on our 4runner as recommended. Oil change and We came in for an oil change, but also needed to have a stubborn tire pressure light check out. We ended up needing a new front caliper. Despite havin We came in for an oil change, but also needed to have a stubborn tire pressure light check out. We ended up needing a new front caliper. Despite having only made an appointment for the oil change, they fit in all three service issues. Rather than inconvenience us by making us wait, they gave us a loaner car for the day. We live about 45min from the dealership, it was Halloween and we have two young kids. Needless to say, we really didn't want to have to drive the loaner car back during trick-or-treat time. Our amazing service advisor offered to drive our car to us in Milford and take the loaner car back for us! We couldn't be happier with the service and and the quality of the repair work completed. More
