As a recent graduate I needed something affordable, dependable, and easy for city parking. I worked with Felix who suggested a Corolla, which turned out to be a perfect fit. The trade in value I got on my car was right what I was expecting after doing my own research and Felix was able to get my a recent graduate special. When all was said and done I was able to lease a brand new Corolla for two years with zero payments, a deal I didn't even think was possible. I was extremely happy with the customer service, Felix was very friendly and helpful and made the experience very easy for me. I would recommend Felix and this dealership to anyone looking for a new car! More

Very Customer Focused! Just drove home with my son in my new leased 2014 Prius! I have never written a DealerRater review - but I am doing so because have too say that Elki Just drove home with my son in my new leased 2014 Prius! I have never written a DealerRater review - but I am doing so because have too say that Elkin Pereanez is the most customer focused salesperson I have ever worked with when buying or leasing a car (... and this is my 6th time). I met with Elkin Saturday to lease a new car and to return my RAV4 whose 3yr lease was up. I really needed an affordable plan that met my needs (having recently started a masters degree program late in life - while working full time - with 2 teenage kids). Elkin didn't pressure me or try to talk me into something I did not want or need... instead he listened to my situation and when I spoke with him again on Sunday - crafted a deal that was exactly what I was looking for with little haggling and no "wear-you-down-for-4-hours -salesman tactics" that other dealerships put you through. I have to admit I am usually cynical when it comes to car shopping -- but Toyota of Watertown - and particularly Elkin - are all about Service. I told him as I was leaving that I was a very happy customer and that I appreciated his professionalism and respect. I would recommend Elkin to anyone :) More

However, from the moment we walked in the door at Toyota Watertown, our car-shopping experience completely changed! We were treated with respect and care and received high quality service. Our sale representative, Elkin, was wonderful to work with. He listened to our needs and made it his mission to get us the car we wanted with no frustration or time wasted. He made our experience so easy- everything from negociating the price to taking care of the registration, new plates, etc. Our car was ready in two days and we didn't have to do anything! It looked beautifully polished in time for us to pick it up and drive it home. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Toyota to visit Elkin. He is pleasant beyond belief! More
