No thanks - I don't need a higher finance rate and a $75 charge from you for financing since I'm already approved from my bank which I'm employed by! Great experience! I had an insurance issue and had my vehicle taken to Tracy Chevrolet for repairs. My inept insurer wanted me to do all the footwork to get the vehicle I had an insurance issue and had my vehicle taken to Tracy Chevrolet for repairs. My inept insurer wanted me to do all the footwork to get the vehicle repaired, due to Tracy Chevrolet wasn't part of their network. Todd the person in service, that usually helps me went beyond his duties and dealt with my insurance company for me. Todd is a a fantastic human being. He made sure all was repaired. Short and sweet! I went in based on a recall notice that I received. I made the appt. which was supposed to take approx. an hour to an hour and a half.
