I drove all the way from West Palm Beach to have my service done in Ft. Pierce (where we leased from) bc the service in every department has been fantastic. My first (5k miles) maintenance appointment, with Doug Woods, was great. The facility is always spotless. I was greeted immediately & warmly upon arrival. Escorted to the lobby to wait. The lobby / showroom has plenty of room while your waiting! Tables, Small rooms where you can use your laptops etc, a lovely snack / coffee & tea area. Couldn’t have been more pleased. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership for its service Side note: they do offer a complimentary car wash with maintenance, but due to time restrictions I was unable to enjoy that particular perk this time around! But I plan to use it in the future for sure More

Terrible service center that did not adequately explain what was going to be done to my vehicle. Returned the vehicle to me smelling of gasoline and then dismissed my complaints when I came back in.
