I arrived before the day’s official opening and was waved right in. My NX 300 loaner was fueled and ready to go. I was on my way before they officially opened for the day. My UX 200 had a new fuel pump inst right in. My NX 300 loaner was fueled and ready to go. I was on my way before they officially opened for the day. My UX 200 had a new fuel pump installed, a 20,000 service and was washed within two hours. Before I left Treasure Coast Lexus I took a look at the 2021 cars. I was able to negotiate a lease on a NX 300, save money on my monthly lease payments and upgrade from a 2019 UX 200 to a 2021 NX 300. A pretty good day I’d say. More

This was truly a 'concierge' experience! My vehicle was picked up at my house and returned when finished. The staff was professional and extremely helpful. I drove all the way from West Palm Beach to have my service done in Ft. Pierce (where we leased from) bc the service in every department has been fantastic. My first (5k miles) maintenance appointment, service done in Ft. Pierce (where we leased from) bc the service in every department has been fantastic. My first (5k miles) maintenance appointment, with Doug Woods, was great. The facility is always spotless. I was greeted immediately & warmly upon arrival. Escorted to the lobby to wait. The lobby / showroom has plenty of room while your waiting! Tables, Small rooms where you can use your laptops etc, a lovely snack / coffee & tea area. Couldn’t have been more pleased. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership for its service Side note: they do offer a complimentary car wash with maintenance, but due to time restrictions I was unable to enjoy that particular perk this time around! But I plan to use it in the future for sure More
