Once again, I brought my 2013 RX350 in for diagnosis of a problem I would have never anticipated. It was quickly determined that a relatively obscure part would have to be replaced. Not being in stock mean problem I would have never anticipated. It was quickly determined that a relatively obscure part would have to be replaced. Two working days later, as promised, the new part was installed and the car returned to me looking like it was just off the showroom floor.
