Charging to install wiper blades????? I get my RX350 serviced here exclusively. The service coordinator is extremely helpful and goes out of her way for me. On my last visit for a routine I get my RX350 serviced here exclusively. The service coordinator is extremely helpful and goes out of her way for me. On my last visit for a routine service, the tech suggested new wiper blades. I said sure go ahead and put them on. When I got the bill, I was surprised to see a $25 fee for installation! If I had bought them at the parts dept., they would install them for nothing. I called to complain and was told that it was too late to get a refund. Why??? I am not happy! More

50,000 mile maintenance. Kathy was very friendly and helpful in scheduling my appointment. Bruno was very courteous when he picked up my car and left a loaner vehicle, which Kathy was very friendly and helpful in scheduling my appointment. Bruno was very courteous when he picked up my car and left a loaner vehicle, which was wonderful. My car has 50,000 miles and Lexus is the only dealer I would allow to perform maintenance. They are very good at customer service and making sure my car stays in top shape. I recommend them to anyone shopping for a new car and/or looking for a dealer to perform maintenance. More
