Purchased my vehicle in early August, was not given 2nd key. After several inquiries to salesman I finally called the main number and got parts who ordered key. Arrived for my appointment and waited nearly key. After several inquiries to salesman I finally called the main number and got parts who ordered key. Arrived for my appointment and waited nearly 2 hours for it to be programmed. Then service advisor says where is your blade? Which I was never given. Have checked all docs obtained at time of sale.
