Scott isn't your typical car salesperson, and I mean that in the best possible way. He was easy to work with, very responsive to emails and phone calls, knowledgeable, and didn't try any high pressure sales in the best possible way. I was dreading shopping for a car and had a few bad starts with other dealers but thankfully that changed when I found Scott. Also, after the sale he took the time to show us how to use all the safety features and gadgets that came with the car. The proccess was smooth and fast. Although I came in for a key, the service department discovered an issue that I was able to get completed in a couple of days.
