I appreciated Kareem’s help in getting the spare tire cover loose after it had been installed incorrectly during recent maintenance and could not be removed. Extremely wonderful Matthew Salton was absolutely the most politest, caring, and courteous service rep. Upon leaving, I changed by mind about getting the battery...I called back and they took me right in. Again Matthew assisted me and again extremely courteous and efficient. Amazing, easy, efficient service. Recent service was for recall replacement of fuel pump. The new facility is beautiful, and the entire experience was smooth, easy, customer-friendly.
