This was my first new car with TCT, however, I have been bringing my wife's 4Runner here for the last 5 years for service. From beginning to end, great service. My wife drives a Toyota, and I was in the market for a new car. Since I have been bringing my wife's Toyota into the dealership for service over the years I decided to go with Toyota because of the great reliability and service experience we have had with Treasure Coast Toyota (also Consumer reports recommends Toyota). My regular service advisor Denise Reino brought me right to Steven Silverstein, and we looked at a few cars, and did a test drive. I basically made a deal right then and put a deposit down. After a few days and some more research I changed my mind and wanted a "hard to find car". Not only did Steven get me the exact car I wanted, he worked with me while I was away for work out of the country. He overnighted paperwork to my hotel out of town and coordinated everything, he even sent me videos of my car when it came in and emailed it to me. I couldn't be happier with the process, and the service. More
