Started out a little sour, the manager quickly corrected the situation. Tommy stepped up and delivered that well known Trent reputation. The service department was a priority for me. This was our first time visiting Trent GMC, Buick. .. we have been long time Buick and GMC owners, have been through the new car purchase with many different dealerships across several states. With tha .. we have been long time Buick and GMC owners, have been through the new car purchase with many different dealerships across several states. With that said, this is definitely one of the most pleasurable experiences we have ever had. From the initial phone call we made to inquire about inventory status, to the soft touch contact they made to us on making an appointment when we were ready so they could best serve us and provide us the time we would need. Definitely no high pressure calls or hard sell follow ups as we have experienced with other dealerships. Once we decided to call to make that appointment to come visit Trent, just to see exactly what they had to offer, that is when we met Joshua. He is a salesperson who actually listens to what we, as customers, had to say and what we came to learn about plus explored all the pros and cons on our options to meet our needs. He was extremely prepared to show us what we had discussed over the phone and more, including having everything set up to evaluate the vehicle we planned on trading in. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles we were interested in and helpful in finding a truck that fit our needs and budge. The actual purchase was seamless and quick. After the purchase was complete he even had some great ideas, pictures from previous customers, on things that could be done to customize our new truck. He was a great source on connections for some thoughts we had for the new truck. It may have been our first visit to Trent but it definitely will not be the last. Thank You Joshua and staff at Trent for a great experience !! More
