There wasn’t hours of back and forth negotiations . we went into this with the understanding that he can’t just give the car away but we had a number in mind for our trade and he made it happen !! We also had a total out the door price we wanted to be at and he also made that happen! If I could give a 6 star review I would!! The car looked great and he still had it detailed for us while we finished our paperwork. He also put a full tank of gas in it. Which may seem like a minor thing but I have bought used cars at other dealerships and they basically tell you to kick rocks with whatever fuel is in the car. We will definitely be choosing Trent Cadillac for our future purchases. By far the best dealership in craven county. Their people really do give you the edge!!! More

went there to get a tire fix on my wife 2025 GMC Acadia. saw a beautiful Ram 1500 truck and ended up buying a more beautiful GMC Sierra Denali. my advice is do not go and get a tire fix. I went back the next day and pulled the trigger on a new GMC Denali not a brand new one but a very clean local own no damage truck that is new to me. the process was very easy process, and this is my 7th vehicle in the past 13 years.
