Good purchase/trade-in experience… good preliminary (free) services for the initial set of times-versus-mileage service schedule… slightly concerned at the pricing moving forward and if we’re focusing (free) services for the initial set of times-versus-mileage service schedule… slightly concerned at the pricing moving forward and if we’re focusing on the upsell and cash grab at this time. Note: having repeat, returning customers should offset the need for a dealership’s inclination towards the cash grab. The loyalty says much more. So let’s focus on that positive. More
