False Advertising My wife and I went in to look at a 2018 Pacifica Limited they had advertised on their website (www.troncalli.com) with an MSRP of $48,020, and a Super My wife and I went in to look at a 2018 Pacifica Limited they had advertised on their website (www.troncalli.com) with an MSRP of $48,020, and a Super Saver Prices of $36,701. Seeing how we were armed with a TrueCar certificate, a $500 Chrysler Certificate, and we are eligible for FCA Friends and Family, we figured we would be able to take advantage of their advertised Super Saver Price. Low and behold, after driving the vehicle, we asked for the numbers. (I previously emailed Tyler and asked for the best bottom line, he emailed me back with a bunch of questions that I answered, but he never got back to me with the price) the offer was about $4,000 higher than their advertised Super Saver Price. That sure seems like untruthful advertising practices to me. We raised our concern with the dealer. A nice woman named Jennifer seemed like she understood our concerns, however, you can visit their website right now and they still show a super saver price that they will not honor. More
