Great, Easy Experience So, I actually bought a Toyota Tundra from a Dodge Dealership. It started back when it snowed and I was bored so my son and I were driving around and So, I actually bought a Toyota Tundra from a Dodge Dealership. It started back when it snowed and I was bored so my son and I were driving around and I saw the Rebel...We stopped and met Chad. He set us up with a test drive and away we went. (wow... Sweet Truck). Came back and Chad was very laid back and friendly...No salesy, hustle BS type of experience. We spoke and he gave us ball park numbers but it was more than I wanted to spend and in the back of my mind I really wanted a Tundra. I drove by one day and saw the Tundra out by the road and stopped to take a look. Again, I spoke with Chad, and again, very friendly and no pressure type of experience. He set me up with the test drive and away we went. Came back and I decided to look around as I was just now starting to get serious about a new truck. A week or two went by and the truck was still there. I stopped in and decided to have a serious talk with Chad about the Tundra. He explained how they acquire the used vehicles that they sell and that not many people are looking at Tundra's at a Ram dealership so it had been slow to move. Lucky for me. Truck is in great shape and they provided great financing for the truck. (they beat my credit union). Will definitely buy from Chad again. More

Dealing with the loss of a highly loved vehicle, insurance bureaucracy, multiple doctor visits and a full time job left very little time for the car search process. To make things more interesting, we are about to start the home buying process and anyone who has been thru the this knows... even with good credit, no one wants multiple hits from multiple car dealers. I did my research and we have purchased a vehicle from here about 10 years prior. I met with Rex earlier in the week to kind of review options for the wrangler unlimited. I returned Friday evening and test drove a few options with my husband. Rex and the finance department worked with us to find something that fit both our want and needs as well as our budget. Super happy with their support and accommodations. We had our 2 year old thru a good portion of the process as well and Rex never batted an eyelash at his eagerness and typical toddler antics. I only do this once a decade, what a great experience It had been over 11 years since I bought my last car, and I had not had a payment in over 6 years, so I was not looking forward to buying a new vehicl It had been over 11 years since I bought my last car, and I had not had a payment in over 6 years, so I was not looking forward to buying a new vehicle. I don't like the high pressure type of sales lots. I have to say Troncalli is none of that. I dealt with the Sales manager Chad Giller and I asked him to give me some info on the phone which he gladly supplied. I showed up at the dealership and he was expecting me with the Jeep I wanted to look at waiting. It was a very enjoyable buying experience, and I will be back again, I may not wait 10 years this time to get a new vehicle due to this experience. More
