2 Cars, 2 Fantastic Experiences A little more than 10 years ago, in late 2004, I purchased a vehicle from Troncalli CJDR and the experience was SO great and SO much better than those A little more than 10 years ago, in late 2004, I purchased a vehicle from Troncalli CJDR and the experience was SO great and SO much better than those I had had at other dealerships throughout my adult life that I still, to this day, remember the conversations my sales guy & I had. I still even remember his name! (Porter Poole, for you doubters) How many others of you can say you remember a car sales guy's name after 10+ years? But enough about the past! Fast forward to today, where I recently took delivery of my new Durango R/T from Tyler Grant back here at Troncalli. I can honestly say that the experience I had with this purchase was even better than the one I had all those years ago! Tyler was awesome! No high pressure tactics, none of those "I need to run this by my manager" delays, and everything was up front and above board. After the deal was done and I took delivery, Tyler handed me the keys and final paperwork; he had done his duty. That's where it always ends with the sales guy, right? No, not this time! He spent over an hour with me in the car helping me get familiar with the GOBS of features and technology of my new Durango. I pride myself with always - ALWAYS - knowing more about a car than the salesman trying to sell it to me but, this time, I lost that game. Tyler obviously prides himself with knowing every inch of the vehicles he sells and that, sadly, is just unheard of anymore with today's cars, which are virtually rolling computer networks. And it wasn't just him. Everyone I met and worked with there was nothing but professional, friendly, and very, very genuine. How refreshing! More

And then there's Glen in finance. What away to handle somebody as if he was still selling the deal. Very effeicent. Everybody is professional but still down to earth. So when I made the decision to trade in my challenger for my jeep I made sure to work with Tyler again! He once again took the time to walk me through every aspect of my new jeep. Advertised price of vehicle was great. I live 4 hours away but after seeing the Patriot on autotrader, for a great price, I called and everybody was very helpful. Tyler did not complain once. The dealership closed at 7pm. I will buy all of my future vehicles from Tyler and suggest that anyone interested in buying a Chrysler product do the same. He will not steer you wrong. More

The ordering had just opened up and Tyler Grant worked with me piecing together the ordering process on a car that had very few details published. During the build process, Tyler updated me anytime there was a change in status, and during shipment. The price was fair on a special ordered car, and the knowledge of the brand and options made the process very enjoyable. Tyler and the finance person also stayed very late on a Friday to sort out the paperwork and show me all the options including the UConnect pairing with my phone. After joining an internet forum and hearing dealer and salesman stories that are far from stellar, I am very happy that I made the decision to purchase from Tyler. He even let me know that car had been shipped and put on a train while he was on vacation. That is dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. I will purchase my next (and hopefully all) vehicles from Tyler Grant. More

From reception to sales, parts, service and management, they seem to instill a sense of customer focus and ethics rarely seen in today's society. I plan to continue giving them my business.
