After a few months of looking for a new/used vehicle, and experiencing to worst in car dealerships in the Metro Atlanta area, I stumbled across Troncalli in Cumming. My wife wanted a three row SUV with some options, and everyone knows what a happy wife makes. I found a Jeep Commander at Troncalli which met my families needs. I dreaded contacting them, but I forged ahead to make my wife happy. I now wish I would have just went to them from the beginning. What an easy process, and not your typical corporate dealership. It was an easy deal and they met my terms right away with no games. It is nice to see a dealership treat people like people. Kevin Slatton was a breeze to work with, Roll Tide, and Tyler was able to explain all of the options on the vehicle for my wife and set up many features for her. I purchased a new Chrysler Town & Country Touring L, with the assistance of Daniel Gonzalez and his manager, Tye Bergquist. I had already seen the model at another local dealer, but they did not have t with the assistance of Daniel Gonzalez and his manager, Tye Bergquist. I had already seen the model at another local dealer, but they did not have the exact color or configuration that I was seeking. In fact, the employees there were not very familiar with the vehicle itself. That other dealer was not willing to attempt to locate my desired selection, nor were they willing to accept a several thousand dollar deposit for a few days, while I arranged my funds. A friend of mine suggested that I must not have been aware of Troncalli Chrysler, in Cumming. I was not, in fact. Troncalli was closer to my home and Daniel had the exact vehicle that I was seeking. He was informative, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Tye was helpful in arranging to accept my deposit on a Saturday afternoon, while I did my own fund transferring. Trancalli had agreed to hold the vehicle for a week. However, our personal excitement about the vehicle, the fact that the specifications, color and equipment were exact and the price was competitive were too much for us to wait. We arranged our funds that following Monday and picked up the new mini-van on Tuesday. My wife and I are happy that we selected Troncalli for the purchase of the vehicle. Lee basically "delivered" my new Grand Cherokee. Explained all the features. Very patient and hospitable. Then I took it to Johnny for installation of side steps/running boards. T Cherokee. We started our experience on a rainy day to look @ the interior of the 2013 T&C. Daniel approached me in the parking lot in the rain. I've never purchased a car using the internet so I thought I'd give it a try. Out of 4 dealerships, only 2 responded quickly to my inquiry, one of which was Troncalli. I had been working with a deal thought I'd give it a try. Out of 4 dealerships, only 2 responded quickly to my inquiry, one of which was Troncalli. I had been working with a dealer that was closer, but just wanted to check with Troncalli to see what they could do. One of the significant factors that helped was they had a chat feature. I submitted a chat request and Chad Giller responded. After I told him what I was looking for and what my needs were, as far as time constraints, he was able to work with me. He was upfront and responsive without being pushy. The dealer I had been working with made a better initial offer, but Chad ultimately was able to beat it. He was even able to get the color the family preferred as well! Initially I was a little skeptical because their bottom line was significantly better, but he assured me there were no tricks and the price he quoted me was the absolute out the door cost. When we arrived at the dealership the next day, the car wasn't there yet. He told me the night before he had to arrange to get it from another dealer, which I knew to be true, so it was understandable. He never said they had it on the lot and he kept me informed, so it was understandable. I could tell he looked upset, especially knowing I was on a pretty tight time crunch. We started the paperwork while we waited for the car to arrive, which was straight forward with no surprises. There was no pressure to upgrade models or the typical "we made a mistake and the price is actually higher" games. The car arrived a 30 minutes later and it was exactly what we wanted and had agreed to. We finished up the paperwork while they washed and fueled the car then off we went. There was no pressure, games, or gimmicks, the atmosphere was relaxed, and Chad was a regular guy that was able to make a great deal materialize. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend Troncalli and would also recommend Chad Giller. More
