On my way to the dealership to pick up my truck I was informed that Nick decided to sell this truck to someone else. He knew he did me wrong because the entire time I was there he could not look at me. When I brought it up he told me “we had to take the deal on hand”…. Translation, my deal (3 time customer) was not as important as the woman he sold the Overland to. Oh well, Daniel found me another truck and we got a deal done. Rude and not willing to help! Spoke to me unprofessional. I have had nothing but trouble out of this car since I bought it! I could have filed the lemon law at least twice now but have been trying to be nice I have had nothing but trouble out of this car since I bought it! Got a ticket for it and troncalli says they gave me info to get it which if they did it was never discussed with me. I worked at a tag office, I know the rules and laws so it is not something I just overlook. I asked for a temp tag for just a day till I got to tag office and they would not even help me with that! Do not do business with a small town dealer again! More
