I came in for 2 things that needed to be fixed. After 3 hours there, neither was fixed! This isn't the first time this has happened at this dealership. Very frustrating but the service advisors I dealt with didn't seem to care. They said I would need to leave my car next time and I asked about a loaner...the advisor never got back to me. If my issues weren't Subaru related I would not go back here. More

Wasn’t impressed with service advisor. Never said hello or called me by my name. Very little personality.
