When I moved from Atlanta, I was looking for Dealership I could trust to service my Focus ST. I hit the forums first, these guys are brutally honest when it comes to which dealership is the best. They tried to charge me more than what they quoted me an They tried to charge me more than what they quoted me an 1hr before. Also I got a 7am appt they would not honor because they dont schedule oil chan They tried to charge me more than what they quoted me an 1hr before. Also I got a 7am appt they would not honor because they dont schedule oil change appointments until the afternoon. That is fine but why not smarten up the web page. to inform you. I spent time to make the appointment then they had to have someone call me to reschedule not a great use of resources. More
