Jose Galvin is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. I love the fact he doesn't push you for a sale and lets you take the time to really think about your purchase. Jose never made me feel that way and was very helpful throughout the whole process. In fact my kids absolutely loved him. I usually come to Tropical Ford to do the service of my F-250 diesel, but not anymore. I just bought 2 more trucks but after today I don’t think I’m coming back, they did the oil change and the fuel filter F-250 diesel, but not anymore. I just bought 2 more trucks but after today I don’t think I’m coming back, they did the oil change and the fuel filter replacement, when I went to pick up my truck after driving it noticed it has a light indicator on the dashboard, called Gerson and told him this light has not On this morning, he said it was fine and that I can take the truck later to reset the light, came back 10 mins later and he tried to reset it with the computer, I told him they should check that before saying my truck was ready to be pick up,, he told me the technicians will take care of it, they drove it and finally they disconnect the batteries and the light went off, couple of things: - they didn’t check the dashboard and make sure everything was ok after the service - non of them were using gloves or even a plastic protector to make sure my truck doesn’t get get dirty. - for the price of the service I expected at least a car wash, or a better service - not to mention they didn’t tout the sticker of the oil change so no idea when do I have to come back or the brand they put on my truck Definitely very disappointed with the service in general. The technicians were friendly but non of them wearing masks or following COVID guidelines or cleaning procedures to make sure the customers trucks not wear. More
