Not even a call ahead of time to advise or even say it ahead of time that the driver is out of hours at certain times. Also it won’t let me click one star to review, clearly who wants bad reviews. Came for an oil change and was out in an hour. Everyone was very friendly and they all know me by name. I was a little upset because I had a maintenance service plan but even though the time and miles was was very friendly and they all know me by name. Tropical Ford was accommodating and professional while my truck was serviced. They are also Veteran friendly as well which is very important to me!
