I brought my 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat in to replace the rear brake pads and to rotate the tires. Brett proactively greeted me and checked me in. The staff were very pleasant but my problem was not fixed. It was doing okay when I picked it up but within 200 miles the same problem with the front end was back just as it was when I dropped it off. fixed.
