Good experience overall. Sales price was fair, financing rate was great. My F-150 is had a problem with the starter the week after I bought it and they replaced the flywheel very quickly and with no questi rate was great. I went to Trucks Only in search of a temporary vehicle as I was in a pinch. After walking the lot and explaining my wants and needs to my salesman I ended up signing paperwork on my dream truck. The people at Trucks Only worked with my not so great credit and minimum down payment and were able to keep my dream truck payment the same as my old vehicle and I drove out of the dealer the next day with my new truck and a smile. We went in looking for an SUV and were able to test drive many, at first we wanted a Lincoln Navigator but after test driving what we could get for $15k we decided to spend a little more. The salesmen were helpful and friendly and showed us several vehicles they had on the lot. We found a Cadillac Escalade that we really liked, but we hadn't intended to buy a Cadillac although it was too good to pass up. After taking it to our mechanic he found a few things wrong with it and it needed it's 100k mile maintenance. Which would have cost us even more and we were worried about the additional expenses Cadillac requires. The dealership looked at what the mechanic said and agreed to fix the issues along with the 100k mile maintenance. This gave us another day to look around and we found a GMC Denali, which is almost the same as the Escalade, without the Cadillac name, so we figure less maintenance cost in the long run, and it had less miles on it for the same price. If the dealership had done the maintenance ahead of time and our mechanic gave us his seal of approval, we would probably be driving that Cadillac right now, we really liked the air cooled seats. But overall the dealership was good and we'd shop there again. More

There were several things that the truck needs to have repaired but the guys have been working to get our new truck in like new condition. I recommend Trucks Only to those looking for their particular products ie lift trucks. More
