Best experience at a dealership yet! This is my first experience with a Subaru automobile and with a Subaru dealership. My initial contact, Rudy Burneo, was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. I will definitely deal with him again for my next new car purchase. If this great service and Outback performance continues, I will probably be a Tucson Subaru customer for many years to come. New Car Purchase I was not intending to buy a new car until my less than 2 year old vehicle was totaled by a driver who was not paying attention to the road. I was unwilling to spend a lot of money, over what insurance paid me for the wrecked vehicle. My experiences at other dealerships were certainly discouraging. the staff at Tucson Subaru could not have been more helpful. They were willing to work with me and accommodate my needs. I have had occasion to touch base with my salesman Kevin Woessner, several times since the purchase regarding issues outside of his scope and he has been great about getting back to me. More

Another Perfect Experience I went to see Trent today to replace my 2005 Prius with a great 2014 Prius C they had in their used car inventory. Six months ago I traded in a Honda I went to see Trent today to replace my 2005 Prius with a great 2014 Prius C they had in their used car inventory. Six months ago I traded in a Honda for a brand new Subaru Crosstrek. After that amazing experience, where else would I go back to? Amazing and honest.
