They found that the battery was not charging correctly so they replaced the battery at no charge. I would not take my Subaru anywhere else in Tucson. I only take it to Tucson Subaru. More

Researched my question and got back quickly! I had a question about Sirius XM in the car versus on my phone. I have the 4 month All-Access free trial. i noticed channel 776 was available on my ph I had a question about Sirius XM in the car versus on my phone. I have the 4 month All-Access free trial. i noticed channel 776 was available on my phone but not in the car. Darla contacted the SiriusXM folks and found the answer in about 15 minutes. The satellite feed to the car doesn't have all of the specialty streaming channels that are available on my phone. She offered two solutions which were either bluetooth my phone to the car or use Android Auto to connect my phone. Then play SiriusXM through my phone! works great! More
I had another wonderful experience with Tucson Subaru today when taking my car in to be serviced. Monica Estrada was my service advisor and she was so polite and precise. She made sure to get my information before leaving so she could call me when my car would be ready. She advised it would take 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. I went for a 30 minute walk and picked up some food and took it home to eat. Right at about the hour and 20 min mark, Monica called me to let me know everything went great during my full service oil change and my car was ready to pick up. The process from making the appointment, to dropping off and picking up my car was stress free! I would like to say that Monica was super awesome during the whole process and she was very kind. More

First time disappointed I've purchased two new Foresters here in the last four years and have always found any contact, whether with sales or service, to be excellent. Today' I've purchased two new Foresters here in the last four years and have always found any contact, whether with sales or service, to be excellent. Today's experience, however, proved to be the exception. In advance of an anticipated road trip, I scheduled online a "Complimentary Multi-point Inspection" and as recently as the day prior to the appointment received an email confirmation of the same. I was surprised when upon arrival for the service I was advised that, since I had not scheduled an oil change, there would be a $50 charge for the inspection. London, my service advisor, told me this policy had recently changed, and he went inside verify the charge. Although I then refused the service, London did a quick check under the hood & measured the tire depth to assure me the tread was still good. He also apologized several times... his attitude & performance were exactly what I have come to expect from Tucson Subaru. Although I'm disappointed that Tucson Subaru failed to live up to their commitment (and the exact same service is STILL offered on the website without mention of any cost) I trust this was a one-time exception to their usual fine service & will still recommend them.
