Jesse Friedman was in charge of my 30,000 mile warranty service. He was on top of everything, he listened respectfully to 2 concerns I had outside of the warranty work, then he and his manager went the ex service. The service technicians did an excellent job and Floyd Lancaster could not have been more obliging while taking me to and from the dealership. Great Drive-Up Service While I was driving down the interstate, a rock was kicked up and cracked my windshield pretty bad.
