Resolved a consistent rattle with 2020 Outback Touring XT After being disappointed with an initial unsuccessful fix associated with an annoying rattle, the service advisor Monica had a replacement part ordere After being disappointed with an initial unsuccessful fix associated with an annoying rattle, the service advisor Monica had a replacement part ordered. After a delay, because of me, the problem has been successfully corrected. I asked for the Outback to be picked up at my home, repaired, and returned to me. That all worked. While not a big issue for sure, I felt that a brand new Outback should not be rattling. I greatly appreciate the commitment to get this resolved. And it was. More

My husband and I are seniors with health issues that make us extremely vulnerable to the Coronavirus and with cases rising in Arizona we have been doing everything we can to stay safe. Imagine our consternation when we got a flat tire! We arranged to have our vehicle towed to Tucson Subaru. And the team at TS not only repaired our tire for free, but replaced a recall item, handled our regular maintenance and returned our car to us the next day. And when I say “returned” our car, these incredible people brought our car to our home free of charge so that we could stay safe! Tucson Subaru Service Department, you went above and beyond your jobs to not only help us but to protect us. I am so very grateful for not only the high quality of your work but for your kindness. Everything from setting an appointment, bringing the car in, explanations of service work, and communication while work was being done was excellent. Jesse Friedman, my service advisor, was knowledgeable and helpful at every step. I want to keep this car running well and have confidence that Tucson Suburu will do just that. Service prices were on the high side but probably in line with other car dealership's service departments. I will be servicing my Outback here and would recommend this service department to anyone without reservation. Only reason for 4 star rating is pricing. More

Brought our Forester in to get serviced and it was quick and easy. We were told 1-1 & 1/2 hours. We were out in a little under an hour and it was very busy. London was polite and very efficient in getting u and easy. We were told 1-1 & 1/2 hours. We were out in a little under an hour and it was very busy.
