Happy, energetic, intelligent service staff. It is always a pleasure to come into Tucson Subaru. All the staff are happy and friendly and more than easy to interact with. Good service team London Tobin was my service coordinator today and he did a great job. One thing I do not understand, however, is why the team blocks off the portal for service appointments until 8 am sharp, when they open. Customers that have arrived are forced to queue up in the driveway extending out to Oracle, instead of pulling into the shade-covered service portal, which can accommodate 8-10 cars. This observation had nothing to do with my customer service experience today, which was very good. And hot coffee, too. More
