No one has been able to fix this small, but irritating issue. When I took our car in for routine service yesterday, I was fortunate enough to have service manager Jade Hilliard wait on me. I told her about this issue and she listened attentively. Within a matter of a few minutes she was able to fix the issue! This despite the fact that the service department was packed with other customers. Her patience, her knowledge and her excellent people skills rank her as an outstanding ambassador for Tucson Subaru. I'm currently building a 2017 STi and often run across small clips, plugs, retainers, and misc items that need to be replaced. I've worked with Scott Buford, in Service, for all of these parts. In most cases, I know of the parts location and what it does but not much more. Scott is always smiling, easy to deal with, and never gets frustrated when we search through schematics to find the right part. I would say Scott actually enjoys the challenge. Often this work is all done for a few bucks of parts. The car is almost finished and because of Scott Buford @ Tucson Subaru, all the fine details are complete too. I couldn't be happier with Scott and remaining staff. (And they have Chocolate Chip cookies :-) !! ) More
Conversation while getting my vehicle serviced. Steve Norris is the best sales rep of any dealership I have ever worked with. His demeanor was professional and personable at all times. He sold me on upgrading to a new Subaru in the fall by simply stating the facts as he sees them about the product I am interested in. He essentially let the product sell itself. Also, attempts to cancel an existing appointment were difficult. Two telephone numbers listed on the website were no longer in service. Some issues with cosmetics of vehicle were dismissed with "it's plastic" or "it was overfilled". Not helpful and not solving the problem. More
