I took my wife's 2019 Crosstrek for the AWD service last week. I was accommodated at my appointment time and I was back on the road in a relatively short period of time. Frustrated wait for loaner car unacceptable. Chris said he would expedite getting a loaner as I had appt. Another kid at loaner desk said he would move me up and get a car right away. I did get to my appointment on time. I had called the day before to let service know about my appointment and I would need to be there earlier for loaner but no one got back to me so I came in a little early anyway. More

Chris was helpful from the beginning of the first visit to the end of the second trip. He kept me informed, arranged for the loaner vehicle and best of all is the friendliest service person I have ever me to the end of the second trip.
