I had added an all-wheel drive service, which is recommended every 30,000 miles, and they also had to locate what turned out to be a blown fuse. I've worked with Jason before, he knew me and my car, and it was all quick action and pleasant interactions. Came back 90 minutes later as agreed upon, and the car was ready to go.
