Hello, my name is Scott Gregg and I am the service manager here at Tucson Subaru. I am very sorry that we were not able to make the warranty repair on your Forester when you had it in for service. Unfortunately the technician that normally does applique replacements had called in sick that day. It is a very tedious repair and if not done correctly will not look very good. This is why we didn't want just anybody doing it. I certainly do not want you to be inconvenienced and would like to offer to pick up your vehicle, leave you a loan car, and get this matter resolved for you as soon as possible.
