First Service Experience I had my tire warning light come on as I drove to work. I called the Dealer Service Dept when I got to the office and had an appointment during my lu I had my tire warning light come on as I drove to work. I called the Dealer Service Dept when I got to the office and had an appointment during my lunch hour. They promptly checked me in and within 10-15 minutes they determined that there were no issues with my tires other than they were below or above the prime limits for air pressure. They explained why this would happen and approved my decision to have it looked at even though it was a simple matter of checking air pressure. They also checked the tires for any leaks, just to be sure they had checked every possibility. They fixed the problem and the light went off. It hasn't come on since either so the situation has been resolved. And with the great protection I have with my Subaru, it didn't cost me anything to have it checked out! They don't make you feel like a clueless woman at this dealership! I really appreciate that! :>} More

Great service and customer care I took my car into Tucson Subaru for a battery. My older one was starting to give out with slow start ups and I was concerned taking it out of town on I took my car into Tucson Subaru for a battery. My older one was starting to give out with slow start ups and I was concerned taking it out of town on vacation. I didn't have an appointment which I usually do whenever i get service. The service advisors are always on the spot to help and Jesse met me as I got out. He listened to my my problem. He gave me a couple options and I decided just to get a new battery. Mine was old and a bit past the mileage. I didn't think it would be covered. He told me it would be about a half hour which was great without an appointment. I grabbed a seat in the lounge and five minutes later he walked over to me and said he had spoke with service manager and they were going to replace it good faith at no charge. I have to say I was surprised. Almost no business now days backs their products like this and no cars I have owned prior to Subaru ever has. This kind of service,quality and care for their customer is why I will never own anything other than a Subaru. Most dealerships just find ways to get more money. The crew at Tucson Subaru went above and beyond to help me keep mine. Outstanding service and customer care. In my opinion the best dealership in Tucson. Twenty minutes later I'm back in my car enjoying my vacation with a brand new battery. Great job team Tucson Subaru!! More
