First Service Experience I had my tire warning light come on as I drove to work. I called the Dealer Service Dept when I got to the office and had an appointment during my lu I had my tire warning light come on as I drove to work. I called the Dealer Service Dept when I got to the office and had an appointment during my lunch hour. They promptly checked me in and within 10-15 minutes they determined that there were no issues with my tires other than they were below or above the prime limits for air pressure. They explained why this would happen and approved my decision to have it looked at even though it was a simple matter of checking air pressure. They also checked the tires for any leaks, just to be sure they had checked every possibility. They fixed the problem and the light went off. It hasn't come on since either so the situation has been resolved. And with the great protection I have with my Subaru, it didn't cost me anything to have it checked out! They don't make you feel like a clueless woman at this dealership! I really appreciate that! :>} More
