Came into dealership for urgent help with a dead battery issue and had no appointment - the service reps were ALL helpful and courteous. I knew right there my dead battery will be a thing of the past becaus issue and had no appointment - the service reps were ALL helpful and courteous. I knew right there my dead battery will be a thing of the past because I’ll get a new one - no problem. My favorite service Rep Chris was working, better yet! He always takes good care of my Outback and is always straight and friendly with me. He’s a dependable guy. More
