Communication was not that great. I was told I would be called when the car was ready, instead I was texted. When I called back to confirm, I was told nobody was available. Went for courtesy oil change- they stated they topped off fluids—but did not because my wiper fluid light was still on. Turned around to have them do this but it’s concerning— who knows if my other fluids we fluids—but did not because my wiper fluid light was still on.
