It was fast and easy finished my service earlier than was promised. I had a tech problem also that turned out to be a cable they found and fixed in 45 seconds ( serious - 45 seconds) could not have been bet promised. I was upset that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee on top of the part and labor cost to repair the issue. Monica was able to convince mgmt to waive the fee. I previously had work done at Prescott Subaru top of the part and labor cost to repair the issue. Monica was able to convince mgmt to waive the fee.
