Hello Ellen, I do firmly believe and try to impress upon my staff the fact that no customer comes in just because they want to see us. Everyone that comes here to Tucson Subaru has an issue with their vehicle. Rattles are the absolute worst to diagnose and it is not that we are dismissing the fact that you have a rattle, sometimes we just cannot duplicate it. Without being able to duplicate it, we cannot diagnose it. We spend hours sometimes on test drives just trying to replicate a noise, sometimes to no avail. Ultimately driving with the customer is usually best because they know exactly how to duplicate it and can point out exactly what they are hearing. We also spent quite a bit of time on your other concern, had the shop foreman and myself involved to verify if there was a fault and none was found. We do take every customer's concerns very seriously and do try our very best to diagnose and repair any issues. I want each and every customer to have an extraordinary service experience. Hello, I am very sorry for any break down in communication between you and Jesse. There actually was no recommendation or quote for new tires, just the alignment because they saw you did in fact have new tires. Obviously your vehicle only has 1 rear wiper but the technician mistakenly put the recommendation on twice by mistake. I have spoken with everyone and told them to slow down and make sure before they quote something or present anything to a customer. It is our responsibility to do a thorough inspection on each and every vehicle and report to all of our customers anything we find. I have spoken with everyone involved to prevent anything like this from happening again.
