This dealership was great, when I was buying the car a few years ago. The service backend however has been a different experience. The recent CDC ruling on masks is being used here as an excuse to eff few years ago. The service backend however has been a different experience. The recent CDC ruling on masks is being used here as an excuse to effectively pretend the pandemic is over as far as I can tell at the dealership. Their masked employees (of which there are few) are constantly removing their masks to talk to each other and are interacting with customers without masks both inside and out. They are paying lip service to the continuing situation at best. If you care about the health of others an abundance of caution is advised when dealing with anyone on site. Communication is also lacking. Be prepared to make follow up calls if they do not contact you about notes left on your web submitted requests. I had asked to have fog lights installed on my car in my initial submission and had to re-contact them at a later date as there was zero follow up for days. This might seem like a small detail, but it signals whomever is reading those fields is not paying attention. Secondly, you can't trust their allotted time for work. They were well over their own worst case estimations in a simple tire rotation and oil change. Don't make any plans if you are taking your vehicle in for service here. I will no longer be taking my vehicle to this dealership after my experiences today, and quite frankly I would suggest you take yours to a service center that is going to respect your time more. More
