Monica went above and beyond my expectations. I brought my car in for a leaking tire and Bluetooth connectivity issues. Came to find out that not only was the sidewall ruined, but the other 3 tires were ju my car in for a leaking tire and Bluetooth connectivity issues. Came to find out that not only was the sidewall ruined, but the other 3 tires were just about worn to their limit. On top of that, I needed a brand new head unit to address the Bluetooth issue (quoted at $1.1k). Monica immediately went to work and was able to not only implement my tire warranty so I only had to pay for 3 of the 4 tires, but she was also fought to get my head unit replaced for free! Unlike previous visits to dealerships, Monica proactively reached out to me after every single update versus me calling after a few days of silence trying to figure out what’s going on (typical in my experience with automobile servicing at the dealership). I can’t thank her enough for everything she did. More

This has been our first Subaru purchase. We selected the Ascent. It had been 12 years since our last car purchase. We were not familiar with all the wonderful new electronic components. Chris was our salesman and we really appreciated his professional, non-pressure approach. He explained many things on the first day, and was terrific!. I attended Darla's education session. She was fantastic!! The greatest thing is that I can call her when ever another question arrises and she immediately takes the time to give me an answer or e-mails me a helpful video to clearly explain the answer. The staff in the service dept are amazing. If there is a question, they immediately take the time to help. Have never experienced this level of service before. We not only have become Subaru owners, we now feel as though we are part of the Subaru Family. Big THANKSs to all of you!! More
