My initial service appointment was for a tire replacement. The replacement was done quickly but unfortunately not efficiently and my wheel ended up getting scratched in the process. Although I was a bit frustrated, Monica (as always) handled the issue with pure professionalism and ensured they would schedule a time to repair the damage. By the following week, I had my vehicle back and in mint condition. Monica is an incredible service advisor and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of service on their vehicle. I choose to schedule my service with her because of her knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency. Thank you Monica and everyone who made this process easy and stress-free. More
