Worked with Mike Ciano (in Jim Beal's absence) on a new lease for my wife's BMW. I had called Joe McDonough to set up a test drive and Mike had the correct car ready for a drive upon our arrival. He and Jo lease for my wife's BMW. I had called Joe McDonough to set up a test drive and Mike had the correct car ready for a drive upon our arrival. He and Joe worked a special lease turn-around deal very quickly and professionally. Mike did the leg work for the drive and selection on New Year's eve and we picked the car up 2 days later. Because I've owned few cars in my life (exclusively vehicles provided by my past employers), I had no trade in and decided to lease. The process with Frank Chafe went smoothly, and by ordering the car instead of taking one off the lot, I was able to stay within my lease budget. Frank met me halfway in these negotiations, and was very patient. Buying a high end car, one expects to be treated with respect, and I was. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. Paperwork with Emily Gallagher went smoothly, and, again, my questions were met with patience and a sense of humor. I would highly recommend Frank Chafe, and Tulley as a whole. More
