I started my Tully experience with Nicole. She was my contact through the online inquiry. She was friendly, responsive and appreciated! Once I choose “the one” Richard Jenkins took my son and I through the need to know BMW X5 quick book! He was super knowledgeable, made the experience comfortable answering any questions without hesitation. Then came the sales part. A good 5 hours after arriving we finally got to closing the sale.
