Usually prompt I had an appointment at 9:45 and arrived there approximately 9:30. I was having a radiator flush. I finally called approximately 14:30 to see if my car was ready. I had a number of things I needed to do Saturday and having to wait and finally call held me up. I wasn't able to get to all the locations I needed to before they closed. Two things: 1. The price was more than I had been quoted: $165 verses $180. 2. When I got home I noticed two small scratches on the back bumper. Since the scratches were safety yellow I can only assume they were from a piece of equipment used in the shop. More

Way overpriced. They charged $269 for a transmission flush, and neglected to mention that price doesn't include labor. I guess that's just for the ATF. In all of our years of purchasing vehicles we have never had such an amazing experience as we did with Daniel. Good Price but Not Happy with Extra Fees The price was great for the used vehicle but did not like how it felt forced on us to do financing through them and then trying to add $800 onto the p The price was great for the used vehicle but did not like how it felt forced on us to do financing through them and then trying to add $800 onto the price for detailing the car, filling up the tank, some BG oil change thing. I understand the $499 for the 'paper work' part of it but them trying to add the $800+ to the price of the vehicle seems shady. More
