I had a 0930 appointment, arrived early for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a '"squeak" looked at. When I called to make the appointment, I indicated that I wanted to have the squeak looked a change, tire rotation and to have a '"squeak" looked at. When I declined that the service tech was no longer interested in accommodating me whatsoever. He asked if I would be waiting on my vehicle or if I had a ride. I asked for a shuttle back to work (about 2 miles) and was told there wasn't one. He never even tried to find someone. I ended up having to walk 2 miles back to work in the cold. After I got the vehicle back, I took it to another local shop to have the squeak checked out, they charged $20 to look at it, and will be fixed for less than the $179 you all wanted to charge just to "check it out". I will not be using this dealership service again. In fact, I will never by another Hyundai again. More
I just wrote a detailed description that went away. Bottom line, I was told that I needed to pay to have a diagnostic test to determine why several attempts to install the anti-theft device failed. I told it would not cost at my last visit but I had been at the dealership long enough that day and did not want to stay. I was told I could come back to have it done. When I arrived for this appointment it was as if the conversation never happened. Guess what! I declined to pay for the device and somehow the device got install properly without it! I was not happy at the appointment because what I was told last visit did not apply this visit. More
