Really friendly staff! I made an appointment for an oil change for 8:30am and didn't leave the dealership til almost 10am. I was there for an hour and a half for an oil change. They also didn't reset my se change for 8:30am and didn't leave the dealership til almost 10am. I was there for an hour and a half for an oil change. I was in Tulsa from the DFW area and my low tire pressure came on. I searched the closest Hyundai dealership and drove directly to Tulsa Hyundai. I had to take my car in because of a recall. Tulsa Hyundai completed the replacement service (for free of course) in as quick a time as I could expect. The waiting room was very comfortable and well e Hyundai completed the replacement service (for free of course) in as quick a time as I could expect. The waiting room was very comfortable and well equipped. They also changed my oil, and even though I do have a card for five free oil changes, I didn't even have to present it. When they gave me my bill, the oil change charge had already been subtracted. Great service! More
Have taken my car in for service every 5m miles, without fail for the past 5 years. Never have I had such poor service. It was mass confusion and chaos. No one called or text as promised. Car wash broken, door broken, cashier busy putting oil in popcorn machine. I had to ask her to check me out. The first guy said he had to go to a meeting, I asked for another person they assigned to me, but she had to go to a meeting as well, so they gave me to another person who didn’t seem to know much about what was going on. Seemed like a complete turnover in personnel. For 5 years I had the same person, who had done an excellent job. More
