Service Department needs improvement. Brought a car in for an appointment at 9am technician called and said couldn’t find the vehicle. Claimed he was looking for a truck. Went back to the dealership to correct the problem. Claimed the would diagnose the issues with the car before noon because I told them I was working night shift that night. They said no issue. 12 am called and they hadn’t even looked at it yet. So first they had no idea what type of vehicle they were servicing by calling me and stated they couldn’t find it. Then promising to have it looked at by noon. The sales department is great but the service department needs to be managed better in my opinion. More
