One thing we did not notice until after the service. When we are driving and comes to a stop and the engine keeps running to charge the battery then stops. When we start off the engine immediately sta When we are driving and comes to a stop and the engine keeps running to charge the battery then stops. When we start off the engine immediately starts running again. The engine runs between 90% & 95% of the time driving. With a hybrid this should not be happening. Another issue: My wife purchased the most comprehensive 10 year extended service agreement. It seems like this should cover an air conditioning condenser reservoir cleaning. We were quoted $199 for that service. We did not give permission to complete the work. More
